RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
While we hope that you will love our swimwear, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 10 days of the delivery date. Sale items and gift cards purchased are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Please try on garments over underwear and do not remove the sanitary slip.
Items must be in their original condition with all Emerald Jade Swim tags, labels and hygiene sticker attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product does not meet the following requirements:
Requirements/Eligibility
- Items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged
- Items must have all tags and liners attached and returned in
original packaging - Processed within 10 days after the date of delivery for a return/exchange.
- Emerald Jade Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery.
- All final sale items are final sale, no exceptions. Final sale items are not eligible for return, site credit or exchange.
- Items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return, they must be sent back separately with the correct returns label.
- Prepaid return labels are available through our returns portal for an $8.99 flat rate to be withheld from your refunded amount.
- Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake, there is a defect with the product, or we have extended you a discount code. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns that do not meet the previously mentioned will not be refunded.
