We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 and a custom flat rate for all other orders.

Order processing generally takes up to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before sending your package via USPS. You can expect to receive your package 5-8 business day for orders placed by 10am EST.

Checking the status of your order.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at emeraldjadeswim@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will exchange or return for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to cancel orders, or make changes to orders once they are in process. Please refer to our Return Policy to return those items. 

Lost or Stolen Packages, Additional Fees

Emerald Jade Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
